“防晒(fángshài) ”---the word that you must know in hot summer!

“防晒(fángshài )”

“中暑(zhòngshǔ)”

In hot summer, people may get heat stroke from long exposure to high temperature. “get heat stroke” means “中暑” in Chinese, in which “中” means “get” and “暑” means “hot.” To prevent you from getting heat stroke, a useful Chinese medicine “风油精 essential balm” will do you a lot favor.

Example

Chūmén jìdé dài fēngyóujīng.

出门记得带风油精。

You should bring your essential balm with you when you go out.
